The video must not contain any misleading content, alterations using AI, filters, or morphing.

The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and once approved by us, either a refund or exchange can be initiated.

For refunds, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, a replacement product will be sent to you. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Customers should bear the shipping cost for exchanges.

Failure to provide the required video proof or submitting the video after 24 hours of delivery, refund or exchange will not be issued.
