Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the item is defective or broken upon arrival.

  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must submit a raw, unedited unboxing video showing the damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The video must not contain any misleading content, alterations using AI, filters, or morphing.

  • The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and once approved by us, either a refund or exchange can be initiated.

  • For refunds, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, a replacement product will be sent to you. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Customers should bear the shipping cost for exchanges.

  • Failure to provide the required video proof or submitting the video after 24 hours of delivery, refund or exchange will not be issued.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds only cover the product cost.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

No Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Please select your product carefully.

Size-Related Issues

  • We do not refund or exchange for size-related concerns.

Prepaid Orders

  • No refund will be issued if you reject a prepaid order upon delivery.

Incorrect Address & Lost Parcels

  • We are not liable for lost or misplaced parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please verify your address carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.​​
